For the XL Ultra, Coolermaster provided us a special Black Edition of their industry-leading Mobius 120P 2400rpm fan. Seven of these Mobius 120P are thus able to replace and outperform the 9 SickleFlow of our former XXL 25x25" model with same noise level! Plus the Mobius loop-dynamic bearing is rated at 210,000 hours or 22 years MTTF (mean-time-to-failure) vs 18 years MTTF for the SickleFlow.
Intertek tested our XL Ultra to achieve an unprecedented 24 Smoke CADR per Watt, more than double the energy efficiency of all large HEPA purifiers in the EnergyStar database!
XL Ultra is well-oriented: the main 5-fan bank can blows up and the 2-fan bank sideways, with one side against a wall. Finally, it really is luggable -- weighing only 8 lbs! Luggable XL Ultra comes with a side handle installed.
The optional hex mesh filter guard protects from prying little hands and claws. They also strengthen the box considerably. We recommend them if the box will be moved around a lot or placed in high traffic areas like classrooms or restaurants.
Variable speed control can be had with a 3-12V DC 3A power supply like this, sold separately.
Unassembled Kit has 30 minute assembly time and assembles the same as factory procedure.

The Purifying Table (7-Fan) is an attractive furniture piece and powerful air purifier, designed to deliver exceptional clean air for larger spaces. This filtering furniture piece has sturdy 1/2" black melamine bridging laser-etched hardboard, or beautifully grained Cherry Veneer fan panels. The Cherry can be stained with a natural oil like Tung Oil.
Its slim profile makes it ideal for large living rooms, open-concept homes, classrooms, offices, community spaces, workshops, and other shared indoor environments where maximum airflow and clean air coverage are needed. It uses the same fans and filter sizes as our Luggable XL Ultra, and thus has equivalent specced performance.
The Purifying Table has two filters on its long sides, and 3-4 fans on each narrow side, so sets conveniently next to a couch, nightstand or island.

Protection from Claws and Prying Fingers
Purifying table includes a set of plastic mesh filter guards that attach to top and bottom of each filter with a simple U-extrusion. These help hide the dust accumulation on the filter and keep little claws and fingers from pulling at the filter material.
Optional Accessories
Like it even quieter? For adjustable airflow, a compatible 3–12V DC, 3A variable power supply is available separately. Otherwise, you get one continuously-running purifier that is always on with one simple, high filtration setting.
Unassembled Kit
To minimize shipping damage & costs, we only ship the Purifying Table as an unassembled flat pack, filters sold separately. Assembly is straightforward with 2 fan panels screwing into the 2 melamine bridges (See guides & video here). Allow 30 minutes for assembly. If concerned, consider asking a handy friend to help with assembly -- they may enjoy it!
3M Filtrete MPR1900/MPR2200 20x25x1" can be purchased separately from Lowes. Other brand 2" thick MERV13 filters can fit the EndTable by adding 1/4" closed-cell foam weather-seal.
