Payment Timing
Your card will be charged immediately at order placement even for pre-orders or when we are not ready to ship same day. We will do partial shipments of in stock units ASAP.
Donation to Corsi-Rosenthal Foundation
For each Luggable/XL/XXL, End Table or Tower of Power sold, CleanAirKits will donate $3 to the Corsi-Rosenthal Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to providing cleaner and safer air to underserved communities
Customer Care & Customization
All kits are hand-assembled in and shipped from Missouri, USA. Orders generally ship within 3 business days, though allow 1 week during winter holidays. Please let us know if you have any questions about the best ways to use our products, or would like to explore additional panel colors, materials, or configurations. Shipped product sometimes differ in minor ways from store images due to necessary material substitutions.
Privacy & Safety
Clean Air Kits will not share or sell personal information collected on this website with any 3rd party beyond normal 3rd-party payment verification and shipping information necessary to execute transactions. We may follow up by email after successful purchase to collect feedback and notify of new offerings. We only store customer details such as email, phone # and address within cloud store databases.
Wholesale & International Inquiries
We are happy to discuss pricing or customization for large orders. Please contact us. Note that federal funding for HVAC upgrades and air purifiers is available for many educational institutions.
We do not ship pre-assembled units outside of the USA at this time, as shipping and customs costs become prohibitive for large boxes. For select countries such as Canada where Arctic fans and Filtrete MPR 1900 are available from Amazon, we can ship DIY Panel Kits. If you would like to purchase kits in bulk and assemble within your non-US community for distribution, email us to discuss.
