Free Shipping in Continental USA
We offer free shipping for orders > $100 in the continental USA from our Missouri shop location. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have additional UPS shipping charges. Due to high demand and customizations, orders usually ship within 5-10 business days.
Free Shipping in UK and Europe (except duties)
We offer free shipping for UK and Europe orders from our Oxford shop location. However, country-specific duties and UPS brokerage fees may be due upon receipt if shipped outside of United Kingdom. Due to high demand and customizations, orders usually ship within 5-10 business days.
Canada/Mexico Shipping
We use USPS/CanadaPost rates for shipping to Canada. Additional fees and duties may be due at customs upon receipt. We include a duty-free attestation letter under USMCA, but due to volatile Trump tariffs, Canada may charge duties now too.
Other International Shipping
Beyond North America and Europe, we are not shipping internationally at the current time as too many packages were getting damaged or lost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee for purchases less non-refundable items. Exchanges into models with the same filter size are allowed at no charge except shipping within 30 days. Used filters must be disposed of for hygiene reasons, thus $50 for used dual filters is not refundable or transferable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Returns after 30 days are non-refundable. Refund credit will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be posted.
1-Year Warranty
All purifiers come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the same product or like product as determined by the customer and RMA when direct replacement is unavailable.
Warranty Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer under warranty. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if product stickers have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage
