Exhalaron - Versatile Personal/TableTop Purifier

The portable Exhalaron provides CDC minimum 5 air changes per hour (ACH) cleaning coverage for small bedrooms and offices, dorms, exam rooms, tents, cabins, and vehicles.  

Our favorite way to use this nearly silent, incognito purifier is on a nightstand or meeting table within a meter of mouths to suck up most pathogens before they spread into the whole room!  With such quiet, direct source control, Exhalaron punches way above its small room purifier weight class!  

Placement is key!  Whenever you can place Exhalaron nearby or in between you and other people, it can reduce risk as much as one of our larger units elsewhere in the room.

Exhalaron Ultra Cherry boasts the quietest, strongest 2400 rpm pressure fans we could find:  2 CoolerMaster Mobius for amazing 92 cfm infectious aerosol CADR @ 34 dB sound pressure.  Ultra includes a convenient speed control knob on top to dial in a cleaning breeze not too chill!  Exhalaron Ultra carries FCC & UL507 electrical safety certification for US and Canada, and is CARB certified to not emit ozone.

Plug it in if your table is near an outlet.  But our favorite way to power it is with a USBC Power Bank tucked inside the crossed bungees we included on the outside. (see photo below) The Ultra Exhalaron can run for 16 hours this way, and you can even power your smart phone while the Exhalaron is running! Inspired by Cross-Table Exhalation Study

Why double-barrel?  U of Colorado, Donghua & Marriot experiments demonstrated that a 98 CADR cfm purifier on a 4-person table will directly capture about 3/4 of exhalations before they cross the table, reducing virus deposited on occupants up to 95%.  

We couldn't find any compact HEPAs quite in this CADR range.  CleanAirKits created the double-barrel Exhalaron to silently tackle this scenario.

Compatible Power Banks

We don't sell the USBC Lithium battery packs, but have tested all of these and can vouch for them.  Battery packs should be USBC PD 20W QC 3.0 rated with male USBC pigtail and < 5.9" tall to fit between filter plates, like these:

Compatible Cylindrical Filters

Exhalaron's two filter cylinders offer double the typical filtration area to match PC fan pressures and extend filter life.  We stock HEPA H10 grade 7x7x6.5" that capture 85% of the trickiest .3um particles and maximize CADR.  Higher grade (H13) Taotronics TT-AP006 compatible replacement filters widely available on Amazon (or Amazon UK) will also fit, though performance will vary with each brand's pressure drop. 

Washable black speaker mesh attractively shrouds the filters without impeding airflow.  Four bungees firmly seal the filters against the fan plates -- just unhook them to change the filters.  

Exhalaron hardboard panels do not contain lead, Formaldehyde, or PFAS. However, like cooking, laser cutting can generate trace carcinogens hence:
