Shipping Policy (within USA)
All products ship by UPS Ground from Missouri at a live rate based on UPS dimensional weight of the kit or assembled unit box. You will be notified by email when your product ships. Due to high demand and customizations products may take a week to ship. Normally we try to ship within 3 business days, but this is not guaranteed. For pre-orders, see the expected availability date.
International Shipping
International shipping of any items is very expensive, especially bulky items. To minimize these costs, we prefer to ship unassembled DIY kits (in flat boxes) to select countries like Canada where 3M Filtrete MPR1900/2200 filters are available locally . Additional tariffs charged by Canadian customs brokers are not included in shipping charges. Customers have reported back they range from 12-40% of declared value.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee for purchases less non-refundable items. Exchanges into models with the same filter size are allowed at no charge except shipping within 30 days. Unwrapped filters must be disposed of for hygiene reasons, thus $44 for unwrapped dual filters is not refundable or transferable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Returns after 30 days are non-refundable. Refund credit will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be posted.
1-Year Warranty
All purifiers come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the same product or like product as determined by the customer and RMA when direct replacement is unavailable.
Warranty Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer under warranty. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if product stickers have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage
